Frequently asked questions

What is required to get a Zorts Card?

Players must submit a current headshot, their full name and birth date along with a birth certificate, Native Tribal ID or Government Issued ID as verification.

Coaches will submit the same information and a government issued ID is always required.

How long does it take to get a Zorts Card?

Once all the information is submitted, the card is entered into Zorts' system for review. This review is typically finished within 24-48 hours, but can take up to 3-5 Days.

Can I pay to speed up my review?

Yes. Priority processing is available which will guarantee a processing time of fewer than 10 hours.

How often do I need to get a new Zorts Card?

Zorts cards are good for 1 year. However, there is also an option to purchase a lifetime Zorts Card. With a lifetime card, you’ll never have to pay again, but you will be required to update your headshot annually.
