REGISTRATION

Early Early Player Rate: $30 (October 3rd - 17th)
Early Player Rate: $35 until (October 18th - 31st)
Regular Player Rate: $40 until (November 1st - 25th)
Deadline: (November 23rd 12:00pm)
Late Registration / Additions to Roster: $50 / player CASH ONLY.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds upon registering on Zorts. If a team/player were to opt out after signing up, their entry fees will go to our donation to the Local church we will support in their mission of giving to the needy these holidays. However if a division were to collapse, we will give a refund of the price you have entered excluding processing fees.
ROSTERS / WAIVERS (ZORTS)

All players / teams must complete their rosters and show ELIGIBLE on player profile in Zorts by November 25th the day before the tournament.

Roster additions: after the deadline will cost $50 / player CASH ONLY.

Roster changes: No longer available once your first game has started.

Wristbands: ALL players are required to have a wristband to be on the field for competition. Please instruct anyone with a wristband to leave them on for the entire tournament. DO NOT REMOVE THEM.
SCHEDULE
Will be released on Friday November 25th @9pm the day before the tournament on zorts and @kingdom7v7 IG page, subject to change. Download the Zorts mobile app to follow live updates throughout the weekend.

Reminders:

Arrive at least 30-min prior to your first game for check ins!

Prior to each game, check-in with the field manager on your field.

All teams will provide their own team uniforms. Holiday attire encouraged!

Teams must provide their own team ball.

Mouth pieces are strongly recommended.

Soft Helmets are strongly recommended.

Please pick up trash on your sidelines and team rest areas.

All Coaches, players, parents and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a positive manner and refrain from unsportsmanlike actions. Fighting, Verbal Abuse, and/or Threats will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event.

Weapons, drugs, alcohol, smoking and chewing tobacco products are PROHIBITED at this event.
