- DT touches the bag

- if OL holds

- if OL steps up to block

*DT must put on a move during pass rush

*DT cannot bull rush

OT scores when…

- OT blocks DT out

- if DT bull rushes

- first DT false start is a warning

- second DT false start is a point for OL

*no holding

*legal pass blocking techniques

*no step up blocks

*no strikes from the neck up

*no tripping

*first unsportsmanlike is a warning to team in violation 

*second unsportsmanlike is a point for the opposing team

*third unsportsmanlike is a forfeit for the opposing team

Overtime

If score is tied after teams second rep, the tie breaker is the DE vs Left Tackle. The winner of the rep wins it for his team.

Format

Each pod will have an official

A score keeper/timer

Ref will call out the points: “point Offense” “point Defense”

Each team will play four 8 minute matches for seeding purposes. Single elimination bracket play will follow.

Results will be used for seeding based on total points.

Playoffs is single elimination.

Championship plaque will be awarded to the team.

MVP offense, defense and overall MVP will be awarded at the end.
