Introducing Battle Sports Academy (BSA) tournaments, the premier
football tournament series set to make its mark in the Atlanta, GA area and
beyond. While being hosted in Atlanta, these tournaments are open to young
athletes from across the country, creating a truly competitive and diverse
playing field.
BSA aims to establish itself as the leading tournament series in the Southeast
region and beyond. With a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and top-
tier competition, BSA tournaments attract the most talented middle and high
school athletes from various states and regions. As a result, these tournaments
offer a unique opportunity for young football players to test their skills against
elite competition and gain exposure on a broader scale.
Pricing:
10U and 12U - $300 per team
10u and 12u Individuals not on a team $50
$200 Non-refundable deposit required at registration
Remaining balance due by June 23, 2025
Rules:
10U and 12U will be 5v5
- No lineman or blocking. The center snaps the ball and becomes a receiver. All forms of contact are forbidden. Any attempt to block or shield an opponent is a penalty. All players must stop running once the receiving player has received the ball.
- Down and Distance. Each team has 4 plays to get a First Down. Once crossing midfield and being awarded a first down the team has 4 plays to get a Touchdown. Failure to gain a first down or failure to score results in a turnover.
- No Run Zone. While in no-run zones teams cannot run the ball within 5 yards of the first down and also within 5 yards of the endzone.
- Blitzer. Defenders who blitz the quarterback must line up at least 7 yards behind the line of scrimmage. All blitzers must be self-identified by raising one hand in the air. It is illegal for any offensive player to impede the path of the blitzer at any time.
- Flags. All players must have Duel threat Flags. Purple poppers are forbidden in this tournament.
10U and 12U will be more of a training/camp-style event. Players who are not part of a team can sign up as individuals and will be added to a group once they arrive at the camp. We will also have the option for coaches to sign up a team. If a team signs up, we'll do everything possible to keep that team together through the camp.
All Players must have an active Zorts Player Card in the Zorts system. The player cards are good for all Zorts events for one year from date of purchase. Coaches share team links with their families where cards are purchased or current valid cards are linked to the players team roster spot.
No on-site manual certification of players using external player cards will be allowed. Players who are not certified and don't have an active player card in Zorts will not be allowed to compete.
For all support concerns and help with the Zorts Platform, please utilize the "Help" section of the website and apps, including eligibility, player cards, etc.
*Refund Policy:
There will be NO refunds offered regardless of the reason for any organization/team that participates in the event. Any request for refunds before the event (no later than 7 business days before the event) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you.
