Entry fee:

$500/per team 

$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by the registration deadline.

3 pool play games on Saturday and single-elimination bracket play on Sunday

Gold bracket winners receive 1/2 bid to BNA Winter Classic and State/National Championship in Orlando, FL (December 13-14, 2025)

Registration Deadline:

Rosters:

24 Player Roster Max & 3 Coaches Max Per Team (includes media member)

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts Player Registration system.  Zorts Sports ID Cards are required for each player on the roster.  A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a soft shell helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport, or other state ID showing the birth date.  

Team Check-In:

Check-in will begin at 7:30am on Saturday, August 2nd at the Highland County Sports Complex athletic fields.  We highly recommend checking-in at least 1 hour prior to your first game.

Refund policy: 

BNA Sports Organization has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the registration fee in full.  In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, etc. we will provide you a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament in 2025 as long as we receive written notification by April 25, 2025 at 11:55pm EST.  In the unforseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of "non-essential" businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament.
