Description

Early Special

  • Cost: $450.00 (valid until February 15th at midnight).
    • Regular price: $554.00 (February 16th until February 25th
    • Deposit: $300.00 must be completed by February 15, 2025, to secure the discounted rate.
    • Multi Team Discount.
  • Refunds: Refer to the current refund policy during registration.
  • Act Fast: Spots are limited, and registration is first come, first serve.

Note: Tagiamanu reserves the right to refuse registration at any time for any team. If the event is canceled by Tagiamanu Tournaments, a full refund minus processing fees will be provided.

  •  8u: Age cutoff - 8/1/2024
  • 10u: Age cutoff - 8/1/2024
  • 12u: Age cutoff - 8/1/2024
  • 15u: Age cutoff - 8/1/2024

Eligibility Requirements

  • Players must meet rostered age requirements, and have a valid ZORTS CARD:
    • 15u and below: Age cutoff - 8/1/2024.

Check-In Details

  • Team Check-In: 90 minutes before game time.
    • Late arrivals may not have adequate warm-up time.
    • Players must check in on Saturday to be eligible to play on Sunday.
  • Required Items for Check-In:
    • Helmets (available for purchase at ShookTournaments.com via GAMEBREAKERS).
    • Cleats and mouthpieces (mouthpieces available at event tents for $10-$15).
    • Team uniforms (ShookTournaments.com via GAMEBREAKERS).
    • Personal, labeled water bottles.
    • Limit of 3 coaches per sideline; additional staff charged $30/person (max 5 staff members) – All Coaches must have valid Zorts Coach Cards. 
    • Media personnel can purchase sideline passes for $100/weekend during team check-in.

Important Deadlines

  • Roster Eligibility ItemsDue 5 days before the event. Late submissions will incur a $15/player fee.
  • Coach Meetings: Scheduled approximately 5 days before the event. Attendance is mandatory.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Game Rules: Tagiamanu 7v7 Rules. Please refer to the rulebook 
  • Zorts Sports Platform: All teams must submit and have approved check-in documents via ZortsSports.com to participate.
  • Spectator Rules:
    • Spectators must stay within designated areas.
    • Prohibited behaviors include:
      • Sneaking others onto the site or using false wristbands.
      • Alcohol, drug, tobacco, or vaping use.
      • Aggressive behavior, profanity, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
      • Littering or property damage.
    • Violations may result in removal from the event.
