*Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.

- Open to all teams and organizations
- 3 game guarantee, everyone makes playoffs
- 12 Player roster max & 2 coaches’ max
- Age cut off 8/1/2024
- NFL Flag Rules (modified)
- Division winners receive championship rings, graffiti football and half bid to Hard Count Grinch Games Dec. 15th, 2024.
ENTRY FEE: $375
*$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.
MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT: 3 or more teams - $25 off per team
*Teams must be registered at the same time. Discount will not be honored if teams are registered separately.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 11/3/2024 at 11:59pm pacific Time
ROSTERS/WAIVERS: 12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
*Upload deadline is Thursday November 7th 2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
TEAM CHECK-IN:
Will start at 6:45am on Sun Nov. 10th at the fields. We recommend checking in at least one hour prior to your first game.
SPECTATOR FEE: $15.00 per person
*Kids age 5 and under are free
*Only one schedule request per organization will be accommodated. Additional requests will be considered if possible. Requests submitted after registration closing, will be considered but not honored.
**Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.
***Although unlikely, the date, time and location are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
****To be eligible to play in bracket play, a player be rostered with the team and play in at least one pool play game.
*****If a girls team plays in a coed/boys division, they have the option to play down one (1) age division. On a case by case basis, Hard Count may play them down two (2) divisions.
