ENTRY FEES:
Registration: $375.00 Per Team – 8/15/2024 – 11/16/2024
Late Registration: $450.00 Per Team - 11/17/2024 – 11/22/2024
*$100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.
MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT: Only applies during registration: 8/15/2024 – 11/16/2024
2 or more teams - $25 off per team
4 or more teams - $50 off per team
*Teams must be registered at the same time.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Saturday, November 16th, 2024, at 11:59pm Pacific Time
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
*Upload deadline is Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
TEAM CHECK-IN:
Will be held Saturday, November 30th, 2024, 7:00 am – 9:00 am.

REFUND POLICY:
We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a refund, if received written notification by Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

NFL FLAG 5V5 RULE BOOK
1) PICK6 Flag Football SoCal reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.
2) Although unlikely, the location is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
3) To be eligible to play in bracket play, a player has to be rostered with the team and play in at least one pool play game.
4) A player cannot be rostered on two different teams within the same division.
