10 fielders
7 Guys max, 3 girls minimum
2/3 Pitch Count - Players will receive 1 pitch at the plate
6 innings or 30 minute time limit - whichever comes first.
Bouncies are allowed, but it must bounce at least 2 times before reaching home plate
Strikezone is 1ft all sides of homeplate
You can throw a runner out, but no headshots.
One base on an overthrow
