We are excited for our upcoming Yorkville Shamrock Showdown!
New for this edition of the Shamrock Showdown - we will be having Yorkville Flag rules divisions and NFL Flag rules divisions.
The NFL Flag rules divisions are open to all teams, however teams that travel to other tournaments are not permitted to register for Yorkville Flag Football rules divisions!
We will be offering 9 different divisions, see below for details.
YORKVILLE FLAG FOOTBALL RULES DIVISIONS*:
8 U - Birth year 2015 or younger - NOTE: 8U OPEN TO ALL TEAMS
10 U - Birth year 2013 or younger
12 U - Birth year 2011 or younger
14 U - Birth year 2009 or younger
17 U - Birth year 2006 or younger - NOTE: 17U OPEN TO ALL TEAMS
NFL FLAG RULES DIVISIONS:
10 U - Birth year 2013 or younger
12 U - Birth year 2011 or younger
14 U - Birth year 2009 or younger
14 U Girls - Birth year 2009 or younger
The 'U' stands for 'Under' - example '8U' means 8 and under. Birthdate is calculated using 1/1/2023 as the starting age. If your child was 8 or under on 1/1/2023, they are eligible to play in that division. There will be no exceptions to this age rule.
Min 6 Players, Max 8 Players to a Team, each team will need at least 1 Adult Coach, 2 Max
Yorkville Will Provide Shirts, Flags, and Balls
Each Team is Guaranteed at least 3 games in the tournament
Bragging Rights Huge!
Winning Team will receive CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS!!!
