DIVISIONS:

Coed: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U

* We are planning on having a Competitive ( Gold ) & ( Silver ) Division

 Girls: 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U

ENTRY FEES:

Regular Registration: $375.00 Per Team until October 22nd, 2023 @ 11:59pm

Regular Registration: $425.00 Per Team October 23rd - November 1, 2023 @ 11:59pm

*$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

November 1st, 2023 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

12 Player Roster Max & 3 Coaches Max Per Team

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Every team will need to check-in 60 minutes prior to the start of your first game. The entire team will need to be present for check-in. Failure to check-in will result in forfeitures of games.

*Elite Sports reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division.

• $375.00 per team until October 26th. 10/26 forward - $425 per team

• Participants must complete all eligibiity requirements by Nov 1st, 2023 12:00 AM PDT or incur a $10.00 late fee

• Players age will be based on the age that they will be on Jan 01, 2023

• Registration ends Nov 1st, 2023 @ 12:00 AM
