Coaching roles must have an active Zorts Coach Card
Participants must complete all eligibiity requirements by Aug 10, 2023 11:55 PM CDT or incur a $20.00 USD late fee
Players age will be based on the age that they will be on Jul 01, 2023

YNC Preseason - Houston Event here are a few reminders for this weekend:

-Cash Only for Spectator Fee

* $20 - Adults

* $10 - 10 years and under ( 4 and under are FREE)

* No weekend passes available

-We help maintain a safe environment by setting the following in place:

*clear bag policy (spectators, players, team staff, etc)

*Wanding at spectator entrance

*No wagons

*Canaopies are allowed but without the storage bag (carry just the bear canopy inside)

*Chairs are allowed but without the storage bag

*Team coolers are allowed (only water, sports drinks, and fruit)

-Water jugs will be stationed at every sideline (please do not remove them from the facility)

*Arrive 90 minutes before your first scheduled game

*The whole team must be present to begin certification

*Each player / team staff must be eligible in Zorts to receive a wristband

*Every player will need to present a physical state ID , passport or military ID. (6U can present the hard copy birth certificates)

*There are 10 filed access bands per team this includes : team staff, team moms, board memebers, etc (all must have completed a background check)

-It is a $75 coaches fee if the background check is not completed and eligible in Zorts

*Players replacement wristbands are free

*Coaches replacement wristbands are $40 , unless you present the broken band than it is FREE

*All media outlets applied for access by emailing YNC directly , there wll be no add ons this weekend
