*Winners of HCA’s 14U division qualifies for the 15U division at USA Football’s “The One”.

ENTRY FEES:
Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team 12/7/2022 – 3/4/2023
Regular Registration: $450.00 Per Team 3/5/2023 – 4/8/2023
Regular Registration: $475.00 Per Team 4/9/2023 – 4/15/2023
*$200 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
4/15/2023 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS:
12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
*Upload deadline is April 20th, 2023 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
**LATE Upload Deadline Incurs a $10 Fee / Player: April 21st, 2023 at 4:00pm Pacific Time
TEAM CHECK-IN:
Will be held the evening before on Friday, April 21st from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. Location: Heritage Park at the fields (look for the Hard Count Athletics Tent). Parents are not allowed in the check-in area.
*There is a $100.00 fee for any team/player who requests a Saturday morning check-in time. The request must be made by April 19th, 2023 by emailing info@hardcountathletics.com and the fee must be paid in advance.
AWARDS:
6U-12U division winners receive championship rings, half bid to the HCA’s 2023 National Championship in June & a half bid to USA Football’s “The One” Championship in July.
13U-17U division winners receive championship rings, half bid the HCA’s 2023 National Championship in June & a FULL bid to USA Football’s “The One” Championship in July.
*Winners of HCA’s 14U division qualifies for the 15U division at USA Football’s “The One”.
MEDIA WRISTBANDS:
Teams interested in having their own media people on their sideline may do so by purchasing the media wristband for $100. This will included (1) media wristband.
- Teams who have not purchased the media wristband package will not be allowed to have their own media people on the sidelines.
- 2 coaches are allowed on the sideline. If we see that a media wristband was purchased to provide a 3rd coach on the sideline, then we will cut the wristband off and ask the person to proceed to the spectator area.

REFUND POLICY:
Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our April 22nd & 23rd 5v5 Tournament in Las Vegas will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2023, as long as we receive written notification by 4/15/2023 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2023.
*Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division.
