BigKats Lineman 5v5 Phenom Tournament Set to Showcase the Nation’s Top Trench Talent
The Time Has Finally Come For The Line To Have Their Time To Shine. The nation’s premier lineman competition is here and it’s the one and only BigKats Lineman 5v5 Phenom Tournament. Lock in the time and place Raleigh, North Carolina, May 17, 2025. We are promising an elite battleground for young athletes seeking to prove their dominance in the trenches.
Unlike those other traditional lineman challenges and competitions, this tournament stands out by requiring players to wear helmets and shoulder pads, first and foremost for safety but ultimately to allow us to ensure the most realistic, game-like competition available. Participants will engage in high-intensity drills designed to test and showcase their true skills and abilities in pass rush, pass blocking, run blocking, and run stopping— the key fundamentals for Elite linemen to be successful on the field.
A Premier Lineman-Only Competition
The tournament features:
- Team Pass Rush & Pass Block – 5 O-Linemen vs 4 D-Linemen & 1 Linebacker
- 1-on-1 Pass Rush & Pass Block – Highlighting individual skills and techniques.
- Run Block & Run Stopping Drills – Emphasizing physicality and dominance in the ground game.
- Scoring Points on both sides of the ball
- Team will consist of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 players
Competing for More Than Just Bragging Rights
Beyond the opportunity to go head-to-head with top talent from across the country, teams will compete for the coveted custom iced-out "S.O.P." Cuban link chain, a symbol of excellence and superiority in the trenches.
With national recognition as the marquee premier lineman tournament, BigKats Lineman 5v5 Phenom Tournament serves as a stage for young athletes to showcase their abilities in front of coaches, football enthusiasts and The World.
