Frequently Asked Questions:

What's the address to the tournament?
- Northeast Regional Park: 50901 U.S. 27 Davenport, FL 33897

Are canopies allowed?
- Yes, weighted down and only on the perimeter by the fence line.

When is team check in?
- Team Check-In is one hour before the first pool play game.  75% of the team needs to be there in order to get your team checked in (including coaches).  Make sure all players and coaches have nothing covering their face/eyes during check in.  You will check in by the pavilion with the restrooms closest to the parking lot by Field 3 on the field map.

- Each player and coach will receive a wristband according to their age division.  If they’re playing in multiple divisions (playing up or coaching multiple divisions) we can check them in at the first team check in if we don’t have a long line for team check in.  Otherwise they will have to check in separately for their other team.

- If a player or can’t make check in (arriving late) they will need to check in individually.  That is the only exception to checking in individually.  If a player can’t make pool play games, they can still play in playoffs, but MUST check in before the first playoff game.

WRISTBAND ANNOUNCEMENT:  Every player and coach MUST keep their wristbands on until the tournament is over.  If you cut it off, you will have to check in again and pay a $5 fee.  Parents please make sure that your player or players are aware of this to help your coaches out!  Younger players tend to want to pull them off more than the older players.
