Coaches Update- 6/25/20
Steel City Showdown Media Nights
Dates- Friday 7/10/20 & Saturday 7/11/20
Time 5-8pm
Where- Virtually via Instagram Live-- PittsburghNFLLeague
Who- All teams participating in the Steel City showdown tournament
If you are interested in participating in the media day email Shaleasa@outlook.com with the following information:
1. Team name
2. Division
3. Name of coach(es) who will join the live
4. Will the players attend? (we hope all players can join but we also understand if that’s not possible)
5. Instagram name you’ll be calling in from.
If you need to change the Instagram name you’re calling in from make sure you email Shaleasa@outlook.com before the start of the event.
Once I have the above information I can start working on a schedule. We will try to make sure a league with more than one division is scheduled back to back, unless asked otherwise. If you have a preferred day/time please let me know and I will try to accommodate.
Each team will have 5 minutes to talk to the host/answer the host’s questions
Make sure you call into the live stream with the Instagram name you provided.
Do not call in until you hear the host say your team’s name and age division.
The final schedule will be added to Zorts, posted on all our social medial sites and sent out the morning of the event.

As the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 continue to develop and evolve, it is our goal and responsibility to make certain we are following all the best practices governed by our state. So we have moved our tournament date to Sunday, June 14th. We completely understand what is going on around us, and we are trying to do our best to give our athletes something to look forward to as we get back to normalcy. However, we will continue to follow all the procedures and protocols and will update everyone if our situation changes.
