-Field dimensions are smaller than traditional 5v5 and two 7 yard endzones.
-NFL FLAG balls for each age will be provide for games or you can use your own
-QB's can rush if blitzed,  5 seconds to throw the ball

-games will be 2 12 min halves, NFL tournament style rules
-Shoes and cleats are not allowed, but players are allowed to wear a form of low-profile soft padded sand socks on their feet or small ankle brace.
-Teams have 4 downs to score, starting at their own 5 yard line, and no first down to gain.
-4 vs. 4 (max roster 8)
-Games are 24 minutes (NFL Flag Tournament Style)
-Teams will receive 2 time outs per game
-Halftime 1:00 minute
-Each team will have 4 downs to score. No punting.  Ball will go back to opposing teams 5 yard line if a turnover on downs.
-QB can run if she is blitzed
-No Run Zone 5 yards or closer to endzone.
-No butterfly shorts
-Teams must provide their own NFL flags or similar flags and their own jerseys.
-Pro clock inside one min
