When creating a new account, we recommend using a computer.
League, Tournament, and Team Organizers
Creating an Account
-sign up using phone number or email
-check email for confirmation
Type: Team,School, League, Tournament
-You can not go back and edit this setting once you have created your event
Roster Editing Dates
-You can always go back and edit using the “Admin” tab
Registration Ends
-You can always go back and edit using the “Admin” tab
Standings: Points For, Points Against (We have the small info button)
-You can always go back and edit using the “Admin” tab
Division: edit what you already created (click edit and start from the beginning )
Teams: Fast Add and be sure to click the correct division box
-You can always go back and edit using the “Admin” tab
Fields: Default (better to add extra time in case of game delays)
-You can always go back and edit using the “Admin” tab
Using Zorts for Payments
-Setting up a Stripe Account and checking “Yes” for use of this tool
-Follow instructions and create a Stripe Account
-Zorts collects a 3.6% Platform Fee from all stripe transactions
What does the platform fee cover?
The platform fee helps us continue building innovative features like Flash Facial Recognition to streamline event check-ins, improve the stability and responsiveness of the platform, and provide world-class customer service. It also covers the increasing costs associated with securely storing and managing data for all participants. This fee allows us to ensure the best possible experience admins, athletes, and attendees.
